How much does a website design in Squarespace cost?
Website design starts at $5000 and a combo of full brand and website design package is $6800. These prices reflect not only the page design, but also strategy, biweekly calls, a client document portal with resources, foundational SEO and best practices, auxiliary pages like your terms and 404 and newsletter, and mobile responsiveness.
Can I get a website design without having a logo?
No, website design requires a logo + brand. You are welcome to reach out for website design only, but I will need a brand from another designer to be able to design with! Imagine if I tried to build a house with no paint, artwork, or decor. You can hire me for brand design and build a combination package as well.
Can I hire a Squarespace website designer if I already have gotten a brand design from someone else?
Yes! Many website designers, Bold August included, will create a website design even if you have gotten your branding from somewhere else. We do need to see the branding first, and we provide custom scopes for website-only projects.
How much time and effort does it take to work with a web designer on a full web design process?
The process to build a website takes about 6 weeks, and it takes more to add on branding. You will need to be prepared to write copy, provide feedback, and show up for calls. The most time intensive part of a website design for the client is providing your website content such as copywriting, your photography, and your feedback for designs.
